I have used this company several times in the past 3 years and can confidently say their communication and work ethics... have gone extremely down in the past year. I booked PRO to do work on my home on 5/18 for 5/22. 5/22 comes and NO ONE shows up, they then said the work will be complete 5/23... 5/23 comes and NO ONE shows up or contacts me, I contacted James Parker (owner) Monday night 5/25, thinking he would get back to me Tuesday morning with a response, instead he calls me at 5pm Tuesday evening with no resolution or apology, just excuses. They blamed their lack of correspondence on the weather, which was not a legitimate factor as it was not raining on 5/22 or 5/23. (And even if it was raining, convey the delay to the customer!) The job was urgent as I had an exposed hole that needed to be repaired and leaving it open for a week has caused more damage than I originally had.
I have never encountered this much negligence and extreme unprofessionalism from a company before.
If you are looking for a roof repair or a re-roof, there are several other more ethical, experienced and competent roofing companies in Tallahassee. I will never recommend them to anyone. Customers: do your due diligence and find a better company!read more

We had a barn built and the roof was not installed properly. It was a metal roof which made it difficult to find a... contractor to repair it. Parker Roofing Options came out quickly, gave me a very fair estimate and didn’t quit until the job was done properly. They even helped me with another task that needed someone skilled in metalwork. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. I now have a Roofer I can count on!read more

What a great company! Parker Roofing Options recently re-roofed our 1940s era home and the adjoining carport. From the... beginning, it was clear that their customer service was outstanding. Tracie, the office manager and scheduler, called several times well in advance of the job to let us know what to expect and how long the project would take. Their crew of roofers was hardworking, talented and pleasant, working from morning to late afternoon to complete the job quickly and to ease any inconvenience and noise associated with such a massive project. The truth is, Parker Roofing Options is run by honest, decent people who care about their customers -- and follow-up immediately if there is an issue. I didn't know what to expect -- I mean, how often do you re-roof your house? -- but I was very pleasantly surprised by the all-round excellence exhibited by their team.Our roof looks so beautiful that I stop to admire it every time I walk by.
